Job summary

REDFUSE ELECTRIC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Safety Supervisor to oversee the on-site safety team and subcontractors for M&E works in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident investigations to prevent accidents.

The role requires certifications in core trade, building construction safety supervision, and height supervision, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience representing Electrical Contractor/Consultant for M&E works in Singapore.
• Core trade certificate required.
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor certification.
• Work at Height Supervisor certification.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors on site.
• Update project team on the latest MOM Safety news.
• Conduct safety inspections; assess risk and perform incident investigations.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox meetings for all workers on site.
• Assist with safety program implementation at the workplace.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and the Project Manager on safety and health issues.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Project/Site Manager.

• Update project team on the latest MOM Safety news
• Conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessment, incident/ accident investigation
• Conduct safety training, toolbox meeting to all workers at site
• Assist with safety program implementation at workplace
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issue
• Any other duties assigned by the Project/ Site Manager
