Job summary

YOUBUILD PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Safety Supervisor to lead the on-site safety team and subcontractors in implementing the company’s safety system. You will coordinate with project teams and ensure compliance with MOM Safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E works in Singapore, strong teamwork, and effective communication to manage safety programs and incidents on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience representing the Electrical Contractor/Consultant for M&E works in Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead safety teams on site and coordinate with project staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company's system on site.
• Update project team on the latest MOM Safety news.
• Conduct safety inspection; assess Risk Assessment, incident/accident investigation.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings to all workers at site.
• Assist with safety program implementation at workplace.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Manager on all safety and health issues.
• Any other duties assigned by the Project/ Site Manager.
