Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee M&E construction works on site in Singapore. You will ensure safety, schedule, and compliance with standards across all on-site activities.

Effective coordination with the site foreman and Project Manager, reading AutoCAD, P&IDs, and isometrics, and maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. Minimum 1 year in semiconductor or construction preferred; BCSS certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the semiconductor or construction industry preferred.
• BCSS Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme
• Work closely with the site foreman on the organisation of construction works and report progress to the Project Manager
• Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works
• Ensure all M&E works are completed on time and in compliance with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and regulatory compliance on site
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, BQs, and isometric sketches
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing M&E construction works on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

1. Salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,000 + meal and transport allowances (variable)

2. Location: Tampines Industrial

3. Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm, Friday 8am–5pm (5-day week)

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme

About you
