Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee M&E construction on site, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance. You will supervise site activities and coordinate with the foreman and Project Manager to deliver on-time M&E works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD drawings and related documents is essential, with preferred BCSS certification. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in semiconductors or construction, strong Excel skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the semiconductor or construction industry preferred.
• BCSS Certificate preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities in accordance with health and safety guidelines; assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme
• Work closely with the site foreman on the organisation of construction works and report progress to the Project Manager
• Coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works
• Ensure all M&E works are completed on time and in compliance with applicable standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and regulatory compliance on site
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, P&IDs, BQs, and isometric sketches
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned
