Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Safety Officer to monitor and enforce safety on project sites in Singapore. You will conduct inspections, review risk assessments and coordinate safety records with contractors and operations teams.

The role requires a WSHO qualification and at least 3 years of relevant safety experience in engineering, construction, or project environments. You will work closely with project teams to improve safety practices, respond to emergencies, and support safety

Competenze

• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant safety experience in engineering, construction or project environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Coordinate and maintain records for site safety orientations, toolbox talks and inspections.
• Conduct, review and endorse risk assessments and implement control measures.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses and safety-related complaints and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in safety reporting, documentation and statutory forms.
