Job summary

HOLDEN TILING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to supervise site activities and coordinate with consultants, clients and sub-contractors on landed residential projects.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in similar projects, strong leadership, and adeptness at planning, cost control and documentation, with emphasis on QA/QC and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in landed residential properties.
• Experience in project planning, cost control and coordination with consultants/clients and sub-contractors.
• Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities on projects.
• Monitor progress, attend project meetings and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in carrying out construction works, shop drawings and method statements submission.
• Ensure timely preparation of project progress reports, inspection records and handover records.

To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activitiesMonitoring of work progress, attending project meetings, liaising with clients and consultantsAssist Project Manager in carrying out all construction works, all shop drawings, method statements submission

Ensures the timely preparation of project progress reports, inspection records, handover records, defects list etc.Record all defects of works, ensure proper documentation for all variation orders and othersAbility to complete and hand over projects within tight timeline and quality expectation

To make pro-active response on site problems and resolved immediately with the Project team

To ensure all aspect of QA and QC mattersObserve proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site
