Job summary

HONG TAI CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking support to assist in implementing and maintaining QA/QC procedures on site, ensuring works align with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

You will prepare inspection requests, checklists and QA/QC documentation while monitoring workmanship and materials for non-conformances. Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors on inspections, maintain thorough records, and follow up on defects to ensure timely rectification

Job description

Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures.

Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

Assist in preparing inspection requests, checklists, method statements and QA/QC documentation.

Monitor workmanship and materials used on site and report any quality issues or non-conformance.

Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors and project teams on inspection and rectification works.

Maintain proper records of inspections, test reports, material approvals and other quality documents.

Assist in arranging and attending inspections with clients, consultants or relevant parties when required.

Follow up on defects and ensure rectification works are completed properly.

Ensure works comply with relevant project requirements, safety standards and company procedures.

Perform other QA/QC and project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or QA/QC Engineer.
