Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
• Strong team management and decision-making skills.
• Experience in field construction or project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities and manage labor and subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure proper safety gear usage.
• Inspect construction work against blueprints, codes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate logistics to procure materials and organize equipment to prevent delays.
