Job summary

INTEGRATED ALUMINIUM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage resources, supervise site works, and ensure safety and quality across project lifecycles.

You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, coordinating internal teams to maintain smooth communication and timely execution. The role requires at least 2 years of site coordination experience, a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, and relevant safety certificates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years of site coordination experience.
• Holding Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor and Working-at-Heights Supervisor certificates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage resources, personnel and execute project works within the designated time frame.
• Accountable for checking and supervising site works.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters.
• Monitor the progress of project schedule.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned.
