Job summary

JINYUE ALUMINIUM ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

The role involves reviewing architectural, structural and M&E drawings, coordinating with project managers, consultants, engineers and suppliers, and ensuring works align with the project schedule. You will conduct inspections, manage documentation, assist with progress claims, and work closely with the Safety team to uphold site

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Review architectural, structural and M&E drawings, specifications and construction requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to the approved construction programme and project schedule.
• Identify technical/site issues and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve discrepancies or clashes.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, RFIs and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules and manpower requirements to support site activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications and quality requirements.
• Attend project, site coordination and technical meetings and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Assist with progress claims, work-done verification and variation works where required.
• Maintain proper project records, including progress reports, inspection records, site instructions and photographs.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable BCA requirements, approved plans, building regulations and project specifications.
• Work closely with the Safety team to ensure site activities comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, rectification and handover activities.
• Assist in resolving defects and outstanding works before TOP/project completion and handover.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
