Job summary

CM METAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction project coordinator to lead site activities, coordinate with the main contractor and consultants, and ensure project milestones are met.

You will design, plan, and manage product installation, track material orders, arrange manpower, and oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with specifications and regulations across the project lifecycle. This role requires strong communication across departments, proactive problem solving, and meticulous

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating on-site construction activities.
• Ability to conduct and participate in project meetings with stakeholders.
• Proven track record in quality control and safety management on construction sites.
• Strong coordination with architects, contractors and supervisors.
• Experience handling shop drawing discussions and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings, inspections,and monitoring of project progress with the Main Contractor.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Other scopes of work to be assigned by the Managing Director
• Liaise with other departments to ensure information,materials or other resources to ensure project progress.
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by the company related to the execution of projects.
• Design, plan and manage product installation.
• Develop material and construction specifications and attend coordinator meetings.
• Oversee safety aspect of project.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and supervisor.
• Order material and arrange manpower for the project.
• Track material order, site progress and progress report.
• Perform quality control and inspection.
• Manage construction projects in compliance with specifications,standards and regulation.
• Coordinate and prepare shop drawing discussion with main con and consultant.
