Job summary

ISO-TEAM CORPORATION PTE LTD is seeking a capable Site Project Coordinator to oversee daily site operations and liaise with clients, consultants and vendors. The role requires planning works programmes, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate will have a civil/structural engineering or construction management background, with strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills. Driving license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Eng., Building/Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Candidates with relevant experience but without above qualifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day site operations.
• Plan the works programme for the projects.
• Monitor and control the progress of the work.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors; lead contact for project matters.
• Ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards; implement safety policies.
• Coordinate with departments and residents; prepare reports.
