The role involves planning detailed site programs, arranging equipment and materials, supervising shaft excavation, maintaining equipment, and guiding site staff to meet schedules while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Collaborate with the project team and coordinate with Project Managers to complete project objectives on time.
Prepare detailed site programs for the team to follow and ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress against schedule, quality, cost, and design specifications.
Review daily project progress and conduct site staff meetings.
Arrange equipment, materials, and machineries as required.
Supervise and control shaft excavation activities.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment at site and workshop.
Monitor employee performance including attendance, quality and productivity.
Adhere to workplace safety practices at all times.

Responsibilities
