Job summary

HONG FEI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor construction works, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors on site.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese clients and project teams, with a focus on safety and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong communication and teamwork skills, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and applicable certifications.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Applicants with more than one year of experience will be given priority.
• Mandarin speaking and writing are essential for coordinating with Chinese clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site works to match drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and workers on site.
• Plan and schedule daily site activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and track progress.
