Job summary

ELANTA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily construction site operations on our Singapore projects.

You will help ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of works in line with project requirements. You will inspect sites for hazards, enforce safety rules, supervise subcontractors and in-house workers, coordinate activities with site operations staff, verify installations against drawings, monitor

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and reduce work-related accidents
• Enforce site safety rules consistently to maintain a safe working environment
• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule
• Collaborate with site operations staff to coordinate activities and meet project deadlines
• Verify that installations follow construction drawings accurately
• Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers to maintain acceptable workmanship standards
• Attend daily tool-box meetings and communicate clear instructions to the team
• Understand project requirements and scope of work and ensure compliance throughout the project
