Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD is seeking a site supervisor to assist the PM/PE in coordinating materials, attending site meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations on industrial and commercial projects in Singapore.

You will direct daily activities of workers, brief foremen, monitor progress, check materials and tools, and provide training and safety briefs to new workers, with emphasis on punctuality and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site activities and directing workers.
• Familiar with fire protection installation and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to monitor material, equipment and tool availability.
• Ability to train new workers and ensure safety.
• Attend site meetings and report progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/PE to carry out materials planning and troubleshoot problems at work sites.
• Direct daily activities of workers; brief foremen and monitor progress.
• Check materials, equipment and tools to prevent stoppages.
• Provide training and safety briefing to new workers.
• Monitor workers' punctuality and arrange accommodation & transport.
• Sign in daily attendance for workers.
• Report accidents, delays, or equipment damage promptly.
• Handle technical aspects of fire protection installation and fire alarm systems.
