Responsibilities

• Site Management: monitor and coordinate site work progress ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Assign tasks to workers and conduct daily briefings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Regular site visits and inspections to survey progress.
• Communication: act as liaison between site staff and management; convey goals and updates.
• Logistics and Resources: manage inventory, allocate resources efficiently, monitor equipment and facilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
