The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers, promoting a culture of safety and quality, and proactively solving issues to maintain project timelines and standards.

Qualifications

• Plan and direct daily site operations under Senior Site Supervisor
• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers and suppliers
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee work quality meeting project specs and standards
• Maintain accurate daily records and prepare progress reports
• Identify issues early and implement corrective actions
