Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a quality and project compliance professional to interpret ISO requirements, review drawings, contracts and subcontracts to ensure project alignment. You will coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to clarify technical matters and resolve discrepancies before construction.

Responsibilities include monitoring work programmes, QA/EHS documentation, and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Interpret ISO requirements, drawings, project scope, contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to clarify technical matters and resolve discrepancies before construction.
• Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes, subject to review and approval by the reporting manager.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, quality procedures, EHS requirements and housekeeping standards.
• Implement quality management processes, maintain quality records, analyse inspection outcomes and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate EHS, quality and compliance documentation.
• Monitor material storage, handling and consumption for temporary and permanent works to minimise damage, wastage and cost.
• Identify potential non-conformities and coordinate corrective measures to minimise cost and schedule impacts.
• Communicate quality, compliance and resource-related issues to project personnel and monitor follow-up actions.
• Provide progress updates and relevant documentation to the reporting manager as required.
• Carry out other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret applicable ISO requirements, technical drawings, project scope, contract conditions and subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders to clarify technical matters and resolve discrepancies before construction.
• Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes, subject to review and approval by the reporting manager.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures, EHS requirements and established housekeeping standards.
• Implement quality management processes, maintain quality records, analyse inspection outcomes and develop corrective action plans to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate EHS, quality and compliance documentation in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulations.
• Monitor material storage, handling and consumption for temporary and permanent works to minimise damage, wastage and avoidable expenditure.
• Identify potential non-conformities and causes of rework, and coordinate corrective and preventive measures to minimise cost and schedule impacts.
• Communicate quality, compliance and resource-related issues to the relevant project personnel and monitor the completion of follow-up actions.
• Provide progress updates and relevant documentation to the reporting manager as required.
• Carry out other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
