Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated EHS Coordinator to coordinate and implement project EHS programmes, ensure compliance with WSH and environmental requirements, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

You will work with the EHS Manager, project team and authorities to conduct audits, train staff, perform site inspections, and manage risk assessments and emergency response plans.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the EHS Manager, project team, clients and agencies on EHS matters, audits and reporting.
• Develop and execute monthly EHS programmes and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct routine site inspections and monitor corrective and preventive action closures.
• Lead or coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, safe work procedures and emergency plans.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintenance of EHS records.
• Support audits, certification processes and EHS award submissions.
• Coordinate EHS Committee meetings and follow up on actions.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution controls.
• Work with project personnel to address EHS concerns and maintain a safe environment.
• Carry out other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the project's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programmes, maintaining compliance with applicable WSH and environmental requirements, and supporting continuous improvement in project EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project's EHS and WSH management systems.
• Coordinate with the EHS Manager, project team, clients and relevant agencies on EHS matters, audits and reporting.
• Develop and execute monthly EHS programmes and promote safe working practices.
• Conduct routine site inspections and monitor the closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead or coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, safe work procedures, emergency response arrangements and EHS plans.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and maintenance of EHS documentation, inspection records and training records.
• Support internal and external audits, certification processes and relevant EHS award submissions.
• Coordinate EHS Committee meetings and follow up on action items.
• Monitor environmental performance, waste management and pollution control measures.
• Work with project personnel to address EHS concerns and maintain a safe working environment.
• Carry out other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
