Job summary

Corrosion Proof Construction (Asia) Pte Ltd seeks a Site Coordinator to assist daily site operations, support site teams, coordinate activities, and ensure effective communication between site personnel and management. Training will be provided.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcome, and you will be stationed at project sites across Singapore with mobility supported by own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Own transport provides an advantage for site mobility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities to support smooth site operations and project progress.
• Assist Site Supervisor and Project Team in resolving site-related issues and managing tasks.
• Communicate and liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate work coordination.
• Monitor work progress and site schedules to help maintain project timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation and records for project tracking.
• Report site issues or delays promptly to the relevant supervisor for timely resolution.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support site operations.
