Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites applications for a site supervisor to oversee contractors, ensure safety, schedule, and quality across multiple projects in Singapore.

You will perform basic maintenance, prepare progress reports, monitor safety protocols, and assist management with ad-hoc site tasks, requiring strong communication and teamwork and the ability to travel between sites. Fresh graduates are welcome with interest; 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in a any Engineering field.
• Own transport and willing to travel between multiple sites.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates with interest are welcome.
• Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outdoors and in varying site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Prepare and submit work reports, checklists, and progress updates.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist management with ad-hoc site-related tasks.
