Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily port operations and logistics workflows. Fresh graduates are welcome as training is provided, enabling you to start a long-term career in maritime services.

You will learn to coordinate schedules, liaise with stakeholders, maintain records, and follow safety procedures while gaining exposure to Singapore's busy port and global trade network.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• No experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily port operations activities.
