Job summary

KIENTA ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead on-site architectural activities, ensuring delivery to design specs, safety, budget, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate works across sites, liaise with clients and consultants, manage resources, and guide the site team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in architectural management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of authority submission processes and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities
