Job summary

HO LEE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD invites an experienced site manager to oversee civil/structural works on our projects in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, you will supervise on-site activities, review drawings, plan scheduling, coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering with 5 to 10 years of site management experience, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of site management experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.
• Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation.
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure timely completion and good quality of works.
• Ensure safety regulations are complied with.

Education

Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
