Job summary

YIZHEN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction supervisor to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring work progresses according to the master and detailed work programmes.

You will liaise with consultants for technical issues, coordinate site activities with subcontractors, guide supervisors, and prepare reports on job status while ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
