Job summary

NEE LEE ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a site operations specialist to manage day-to-day operations, safety, and the successful execution of projects within the work site.

You will coordinate workflows, conduct routine inspections to meet building regulations and client specifications, ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards, obtain licenses, and host regulator inspections while tracking progress and maintaining logs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, safety, and successful execution of projects within the physical boundaries of a work site.
• Coordinate workflows and oversee the physical execution of approved designs and plans.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure building regulations and client specifications are met.
• Ensure all personnel strictly follow occupational health and safety standards.
• Obtain necessary licenses, clear statutory compliance criteria, and host regulator inspections.
• Order tools and materials from suppliers while tracking deliveries to avoid delays.
• Track project progress against benchmarks.
• Maintain site logs, process change orders, and prepare detailed progress reports.
