Job summary

LY STRUCTURE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to on-site execution. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities to ensure milestones are met on time and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction and project management experience, with exposure to interior/building projects and a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project execution and monitor site progress to ensure on-time completion.
• Plan and manage projects, coordinating with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on site activities and coordinate interfaces.
• Oversee planning, analysis and scheduling in line with master/detailed work programmes.
• Provide guidance to engineers and ensure progress meets schedule and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and method statements; monitor ongoing site activities and costs.

Job description

• Lead and oversees project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project


• Project planning and project management


• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.


• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.


• Oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support of project construction planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.


• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities .


• Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.


• Managing interfaces with other contractors working on the project.


• Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time


• Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.


• Prepare report and method statement.


• Monitor ongoing site activities.

Job Requirements:

• Exposure into Interior and Building Construction Project is an advantage
