Job summary

Kai Peng Construction Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a capable site manager to lead project execution, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, main/sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include tender preparation, progress monitoring, regular meetings, reporting to management, and mentoring the project team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision, and contract follow-up works.
• Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor, and others where necessary.
• Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, sub-contractor, supplier, and vendor.
• Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
• Review project teamwork performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at the project work site.
• Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.
• Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
• Review and approve the Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment, and Safe Work Procedure for the project.
• Conduct site meetings with the project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
• Attend regular internal and external meetings.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
