Job summary

Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (PTE) LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable 2nd in-charge to stand in and manage daily site operations, plan and coordinate activities, and ensure quality across civil, structural, architectural and external works.

You will supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, enforce safety rules, and take ownership of site performance under tight deadlines, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Familiar with construction sequencing and site planning.
• Familiar with risk assessment, permit to work and incident reporting.
• Proven experience supervising site works and managing daily operations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Exposure to Main Contractor site environment is preferred.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Decisive, proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
