Job summary

HYPERSTATIQ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Director/Systems Manager support role to oversee integration of Audio Visual, IT, security, and communication systems across projects.

You will coordinate planning, procurement and on-site supervision, prepare schedules and budgets, and liaise with technicians to test and commission installations. A hands-on approach with Autocad drawings is required.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of working experience preferably in construction sector.
• Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of Autocad preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involve in Audio Visual, IT, security, and communication system installation and project management.
• Assist Project Director in overseeing all project-related activities.
• Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, supervision and documentation.
• Produce hand-drawn drawings (Autocad / Revit), amend and resubmit to clients.
• Attend site meetings and site surveys.
• Manage email communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare project schedules, procurement plans and budget costing.
• Coordinate with technician team on testing, commissioning and installation.
• Handle clients' complaints and collect feedback for the Project Manager.
• Provide after-project support; perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Involve in Audio Visual(Projector , TV, Audio , Control System,Etc),IT system (Network,software/APP source code developing )/ Security system(CCTV, Card Access System, Etc)/Communication System(PA system , Sound System,Etc), Electrical devices and system installation, project management; project implementation and maintenance services ,including system design, programming and coordination works
• Assist Project director /Systems manager in overseeing all project-related activities
• Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Hands on drawings(Autocad /Revit), amendment and re-submission to clients
• Attend site meetings, site survey
• Email communication skill
• Prepare Project schedules, procurement and implementation of project and budget costing control
• Liaise/Hands on with technician team on testing and commissioning and installation work
• Handle clients' complaints and submit customers feedback form to Project Manager
• Provide after Project Support
• Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Superior
