Job summary

TEO SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site Project Coordinator/Supervisor to plan and direct installation activities, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and customers. The role involves overseeing scheduling, quality and safety, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

You will participate in conceptual development, liaise with the Construction/Installation Manager, and manage progress updates, audits, and daily safety compliance. Some travel and a Class 3 license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate and write well
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct & coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders (Engineering, Subcontractor, Civil, Customer) on design and implementation on-site.
• Participate in conceptual development and oversee scheduling and implementation.
• Work with Construction/Installation Manager to manage project tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence, while enforcing quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular site progress update status to Construction/Installation manager.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and approved procedures and requirements of Installation Procedures and Set to Work.
• Ensure installation checklists & Set to Work are checked, signed, and filed for audits.
• Conduct toolbox meetings on-site.
• Support and review overall installation and timeline with recovery planning if delays occur.
• Conduct progress meetings with subcontractors; monitor quality and quantity of subcontractor work.
• Ensure subcontractors perform on-site work per program and complete in a timely manner.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical issues with Drafting/BIM team.
• Coordinate between subcontractors/vendors/internal departments to meet schedules (BLP, CIP, TRIP).
• Liaise on submissions (Installation Procedures, Drawings, PMF, ELARD).
• Plan all on-site works, including schedules, installation methods, equipment readiness, and material delivery.
• Strict adherence to safety practices at all times.
• Willingness to travel overseas for short periods on ad hoc basis
• Has valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
