RAINBOW TWIN PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Site Coordinator to support day-to-day site activities for railway signaling and infrastructure projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

You will coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-site operations meet project requirements, safety standards, and schedules, with Mandarin being highly desirable for effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 years related experience.
  • Experience in railway/infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders on site.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site, including nights/weekends when required.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily site activities including work planning, access, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align activities.
  • Track site progress and provide regular updates to site management.
  • Maintain site records: reports, checklists, permits, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing site-related documents (method statements, permits, test reports).
  • Coordinate logistics of tools, materials and manpower for site works.
  • Monitor safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in site meetings and toolbox talks; track issues and actions.
  • Facilitate communication between site teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide status updates to Project Manager and Installation Manager.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of site activities for railway signaling and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will support the execution of on-site works by coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations in accordance with project requirements, safety standards, and schedules.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination of daily site activities, including work planning, site access, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure work activities are aligned and executed as planned
  • Assist in tracking site progress and provide regular updates to site management
  • Maintain and update site records, including reports, checklists, permits, and documentation
  • Support preparation and submission of site-related documentation (e.g., method statements, work permits, test reports)
  • Coordinate logistics such as tools, materials, and manpower required for site works
  • Assist in monitoring site safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in site meetings, toolbox briefings, and coordination sessions
  • Support issue tracking and follow-up on site-related actions or discrepancies
  • Facilitate communication between site teams and external stakeholders where required
  • Provide regular site progress update status to Project manager and Installation manager
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations for future projects.
Qualification required:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in railway/infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders on site
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work on-site, including night shifts or weekends when required
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
  • Valid Forklift License (10 Ton Forklift)

Job Types: Full-time (Permanent)

Salary: SGD3,100 - SGD4,000 per month
