Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Singapore is seeking a site project coordinator to plan, direct and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for Signalling system design and on-site implementation. You will oversee scheduling, budget adherence, and ensure safety and quality across the installation.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate and write well.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Has valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct & coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders for Signalling system on design and implementation on-site.
• Participate in conceptual development and oversee scheduling and implementation.
• Work with Construction/Installation Manager to manage tasks to meet objectives within budget, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular site progress updates to the Construction/Installation manager.
• Ensure compliance to company procedures and process/quality requirements in Installation Procedures and Set to Work.
• Complete installation checklists and Set to Work, and file for internal and external audits.
• Conduct toolbox meetings on-site.
• Support and review installation and timeline, and prepare recovery plans if needed.
• Hold progress meetings with subcontractors and monitor quality and quantity of work.
• Ensure subcontractors work on-site per the schedule and complete works timely.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies with Drafting/BIM team.
• Coordinate between subcontractors/vendors and internal departments to meet schedules.
• Liaise on submission of Installation Procedures, Drawings, PMF, ELARD, etc.
• Plan all works on site, including schedules, installation methods, and forecast readiness and manpower.
