Job summary

SING TEC CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable on-site engineer to lead all technical and drafting matters and ensure works comply with the company's quality standards and contractual requirements. You will assist in project planning, monitor progress and schedules, prepare work plans, procedures, safety analyses, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• 1 Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters and drafting matters.
• 2 Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
• 3 Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule. Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification.
• 4 To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation. Include attending all progress meeting.
• 5 Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• 6 Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements. 7 Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
• 8 Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
