Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Singapore from planning through completion. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent, at least 3 years of project management experience with a main contractor, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants and site

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Background with a Main Contractor handling project management for residential projects, including HDB, condominiums and landed properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work progresses according to approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to keep daily operations organised and minimise delays.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials and other resources based on project requirements and construction schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on completed works, upcoming activities, potential delays and required follow-up actions.
• Review project costs, cash flow, revenue and expenses, and highlight significant variances or financial risks to management.
• Assign responsibilities to project team members and ensure that everyone understands their roles, deliverables and deadlines.
• Attend project meetings, coordinate follow-up actions and maintain clear communication between the company, clients, consultants and site personnel.
• Build positive working relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, responding promptly to concerns and supporting practical solutions.
• Prioritise project activities based on construction needs, deadlines, available resources and overall project impact.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring that key milestones, site activities and deliverables are properly tracked and communicated.

Job description

Salary: S$4,500 Basic + AWS

(Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
