Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities on HDB, condo, and landed residential projects in Singapore.

You will ensure works comply with approved drawings, specs, and project schedules, while coordinating with project managers, consultants, and authorities. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in HDB, Condo, and/or Landed Residential Projects.
• Familiar with local building codes, HDB standards, and construction methodologies.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure works follow approved drawings and schedules.
• Supervise contractors to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with consultants and authorities.

Job description

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure works are carried outin accordance withapproved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors on HDB, condominium, and landed residential projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with consultants, project managers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and HDB / BCA regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
