Job summary

YEW SENG HENG M&E ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites a Diploma-qualified engineer to monitor site works and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards in Singapore.

You will supervise ongoing works, prepare isometric drawings and MTOs, and plan material orders to prevent wastage. You will coordinate with Combined Services Drawings and schedules, brief workers on installation methods and safety rules, attend site inspections, and report progress to the Project Manager to

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Plumbing & Sanitary systems or M&E construction.
• Proficient in reading and preparing isometric and construction drawings.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiar with local authority regulations and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and work quality standards.
