Job summary

CHEONG FONG CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects, lead on-site teams, and ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.

You will be the primary on-site authority for plumbing, drainage, and sanitary installations, coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and clients to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a site manager on construction projects.
• Strong leadership and on-site decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring work meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and coordinate site supervisors, direct labour teams, and sub-contractors.
• Progress & Scheduling: Track project milestones, manage materials procurement, and ensure the project remains on timeline and within budget.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship complies with quality standards and regulations.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Technical Coordination: Resolve on-site technical discrepancies, review shop drawings, and coordinate with MEP engineers and main contractors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, variation orders, and material inspection records.
