Job summary

REALTECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in supervising on-site plumbing and sanitary works in Singapore.

You will plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate activities to ensure compliance with COP, PUB, and BCA standards. Responsibilities include resolving site issues with supervisors, main contractor, and subcontractors; coordinating meetings; implementing weekly plans with a team; and monitoring progress, quality, and material usage to meet the

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in plumbing, sanitary or related trades.
• Prior experience in construction plumbing & sanitary works is a plus.
• Ability to work independently within a team; BCSS and WSH certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in site supervision.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works.
• Execute project works per drawings, specifications, COP, PUB & BCA standards.
• Resolve site issues with supervisors, main contractor, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors' reps.
• Plan and monitor weekly activities with supervisors per master schedule.
• Implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and material usage against schedule.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job description

1. 1. To assist Project Manager in site supervision.
2. 2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of plumbing and sanitary works.
3. 3. To Execute project works based on the drawing / specification / code of practice COP / PUB & BCA standards.
4. 4. To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.
5. 5. To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
6. 6. To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
7. 7. To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
8. 8. To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.
9. 9. Other adhoc duties

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades.
• Prior experience in Construction-Plumbing & Sanitary Works will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a team environment.
• BCSS and any other WSH related certificates.
