Job summary

You will coordinate with Professional Engineers, main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical matters, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality standards on site. Qualifications

• Experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong coordination with engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Ability to prepare reports and method statements.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Experience conducting site inspections and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site operations to ensure construction works follow plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, maincon, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Resolve on-site engineering and technical issues promptly while maintaining quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports and method statements as required.
• Monitor progress and guide site personnel to align with project timelines.
• Assist the project manager with on/off-site meetings on technical issues.
• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site and attend construction meetings.
• Collaborate with peers and liaise with contractors, clients and consultants for timely delivery.
