Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support MRT project sites in Singapore.

The role focuses on planning site construction activities, preparing method statements, and coordinating with authorities to secure initial site clearance. You'll monitor progress, maintain quality, submit daily/weekly reports, manage risk and environmental controls, and liaise with subcontractors. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years' experience on MRT projects with authorities/utility coordination.
• Preference for CAG airside experience or civil/infrastructure background.

Responsibilities

• Support Construction Manager in planning of site construction works.
• Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
• Coordinate with Authorities/government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
• Coordinate with QP(S) including submission of necessary documents.
• Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress at site.
• Continuously ensure adherence to planned timelines.
• Maintain and monitor quality controls.
• Prepare and submit all daily/weekly reports as required.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimise environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
