Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical and electrical works for major infrastructure projects.

With a minimum of 5 years in M&E coordination, you will liaise with LTA, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, review drawings and documents, monitor progress, ensure compliance with specs and regulations, and supervise testing, handover, QA/QC, and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of M&E coordination experience on LTA or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, testing, commissioning, and authority requirements.
• Familiar with LTA specifications, Singapore Standards, and statutory regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise M&E works to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on M&E design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, LTA requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate interface works between M&E, civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Resolve technical issues, construction clashes, and site coordination matters.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, inspections, and system handover.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, WSH, environmental, and project quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, as-built drawings, and project handover documents.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.
