Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing underground civil works projects.
• Proficiency in managing pipe jacking works and knowledge of LTA projects.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update project timelines to achieve completion targets
• Coordinate daily site activities by preparing work breakdown structures and overseeing site operations
• Supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality and safety compliance during daily construction tasks
• Liaise effectively with main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress
• Conduct and manage inspection-related activities to maintain project standards
• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports and work done certifications to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing underground civil works projects
• Experience in pipe jacking works and projects under the Land Transport Authority (LTA)
• Proficiency in English and/or Mandarin to communicate with diverse project stakeholders
