Job summary

BAYES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an individual for MRT/LTA related projects in Singapore. The role involves supporting project/site works by preparing and interpreting specifications and liaising with architects and engineers.

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree/Diploma in Construction or related Engineering discipline, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a main contractor environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of working experience with main-contractors environment specific to MRT/LTA related project.

Responsibilities

• Support all Project/Site-works involving specifications, drawings, and regulations for services/systems/installations.
• Liaises with various stakeholders to ensure design intentions are met.
• Leads analysis and interpretation of reports on loading and performance.

Job description

Responsibilities

• MRT/LTA Project: Support all Project/Site-works involving the preparation and interpretation of specifications, drawings, and regulations for all services/ systems/ installations, and the engineering calculations required for the design of projects.
• Liaises with architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental scientists, builders, contractors, suppliers, and project owners to ensure design intentions are met.
• Leads the analysis and interpretation of reports on loading, labour, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
