Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Reports Construction Manager to oversee site supervision, planning and coordination for on-site works. The role requires strong communication and organized teamwork to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

The candidate should be degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, with RE registration in Singapore, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver submissions and progress reports on

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and with clients & consultants.
• Coordinate project planning, documentation and execution on site.
• Monitor progress, manpower mobilization, materials planning and ordering.
• Coordinate with contractor and suppliers; attend site meetings.
• Prepare submissions and weekly site progress reports.
• Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Take on PE Assignee supervision role.

Reports Construction Manager

• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• To take on PE Assignee Supervision Role

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
