Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field recognized by the PE Board.
• 3-6 years of site engineer experience on high-rise, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BIM knowledge.
• Independent, diligent, motivated with strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to project site offices within Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure implementations are carried out in accordance with project timelines and specs.
• Coordinate and liaise with co-workers from different trades and departments to ensure works are carried out smoothly and no clashes with other trade work.
• Study construction drawings, prepare construction method statements and raise RFIs early before implementation.
• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain records at sites.
• Plan the sequences of construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
• Attend site progress meetings and internal meetings.
• Responsible for safety, quality, and progress of subcon works.
• Keep track of submissions like shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and other technical submissions.
• Carry out resources planning, machinery allocations, and equipment management daily.

• Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
• Plan the sequences of the construction operations following the Project Quality Plan.
• Attend all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings.
• Responsible for safety, quality, and progress of subcon works.
• Keep track of submission status like shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and all other technical submissions.
• Carry out resources planning, machinery allocations, and equipment management on daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
• A minimum of 3-6 years’ experience as a site engineer. Preferably in high rise building/commercial/institution projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment.
