Job summary

21 CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate site activities with teams and stakeholders and resolve drawing discrepancies to uphold project integrity. Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong planning, leadership and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• A recognized degree in civil engineering is required.
• PEB Singapore registration or eligibility is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong planning, organizing, and project management skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to collaborate across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects and monitor site progress to ensure on-time completion
• Ensure all works comply with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate, monitor, and control site works with the operations team and sub-contractors according to project plans
• Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies for timely resolution
• Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to facilitate project communication and alignment
• Implement corrective and preventive actions effectively and maintain accurate quality records
• Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned
