Job summary

You will uphold project standards by researching compliance regulations and developing implementation plans. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Study tender, construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations per the Project Management Plan and master construction programme.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and main/sub-contractors to coordinate site activities.
• Perform site inspections to ensure work follows project specifications and approved drawings from authorities.

Job Description:

• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan and master construction programme
• Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
