Job summary

LM3 Electrical PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to assist daily site operations and ensure construction works align with plans and schedules.

You will coordinate with Professional Engineers, main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical matters, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality standards on site. Role involves inspections, reporting, method statements, and assisting the project manager in meetings related to technical issues,

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site operations to ensure construction works follow plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, maincon, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Resolve on-site engineering and technical issues promptly while maintaining quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports and method statements as required.
• Monitor progress and guide site personnel to align with project timelines.
• Assist the project manager with on/off-site meetings on technical issues.
• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site and attend construction meetings.
• Collaborate with peers and liaise with contractors, clients and consultants for timely delivery.

Job description

• Assist in daily site operations, ensuring construction works are executed according to plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Professional Engineers, maincon,consultants (QPS), and subcontractors to address technical matters and support smooth site activities.
• Resolve on-site engineering and technical issues promptly, while upholding required quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and develop method statements when required.
• Monitor and guide site personnel to maintain orderly work areas and ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
• Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
• Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
• To collaborate with peers, and to liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
